What is?
To add a shortcut, just drag and drop or copy and paste a file or a url on the XStart window.
You can also add a shortcut, by using the "Send To" context menu feature of Windows.

To sort the items by name, just right-click on the group and choose "Sort by Name".
To customize the order, drag and drop the items as wished.
